We have had our outdoor fireplace for 2 years now and this was the first night that we put the rack inside and thought.., for fun we'd cook something simple.., Do you want to see what it is...
and here's what we came up with. Ha ha
Bacon wrapped scallops and hotdogs, strange? "Yes," and yet very satisfying. We let the fire burn down and continued our evening inside. Wonderful evening.
