D.I.Y. All it takes is a ladder

 Scrape off any thing that looks like it's going to fall off, brush it clean and add some new paint and look what happens...

 Two coats of paint and they look like new. I have plans for the taller ladder, thats another post :)

Time to decorate, this is the best part for me and the most fun! I bought some mirror shaped hearts, alphabet stencils and some sticker. I used Aleene's Glue to stick everything on.

I bought some coat hooks and put them on the side of the ladder, so Paige can hang her pajamas. 

Each diamond was put on using a tooth-pick and the greatest glue in the world.

Don't you just love it?  I do and I can't wait to give it to Paige.

Add some books, some toys, anything you want and you have a great piece of furniture. 

Note: Make sure that you lock the spreaders. I used black electricians tape, rolling it over and over and over again. It would take a month to pick the tape off and by then I'm sure, I'd notice.
