I fried up everything you see in the pan and then...
made them into WRAPS!
Portions really don't matter, use what ever you think you need.
- Cook sausage or hamburger and set it aside in a bowl.
- Sauteed 1/4 cup green peppers and red peppers,
- Scramble 6 eggs and cooked to your liking,
- Fry up 2 cups of hash browns in 3 table spoons of butter,
- Grate 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Lets wrap it up!! Get your tortillas or rice paper ready. Create your tortilla and roll it up. Fold in the sides as you roll
Note: I didn't use cheddar cheese instead I sprinkled in some parmesan and if you really want delicious, spread philadelphia cream cheese onto the tortillas prior to adding ingredients. Doesn't this look delicious!!

Place paper towel or wax paper around each tortilla when freezing. For the rice paper tortilla I used wax-paper. The paper towel and Wax paper will keep the tortillas from sticking together in the freezer. Place wrapped tortillas into a ziploc bags and freeze.
Eat them hot...or put them into freezer ziploc bags and place the in the freezer until you are ready to pack a lunch or re-cook this delicious meal. Heat in microwave for 1 minute, turn it over and heat for another 30 seconds. You can also cook them in the oven as well, cook at 350 degrees until golden brown. Enjoy. Do you freeze your wraps this way?
Easy, breakfast is the best.
