My Halloween Cheese Ball with a Twist

We all know that there's no time to sit down and eat dinner on Halloween night. The hustle and bustle of getting your kids (husbands too) ready to go out for an evening of trick-or-treating can be so exhausting, so I always invite few friends or family to get together at my house to hand out candy and nibble on a few snacks. I would love to share my Cheese Ball With a Twist.. recipe with you..,you're going to love it..

Supplies: Large bowl, Blender, Measuring cups, Large plate, Spatula, Cheese-grater

Ingredients: Lettuce, Chili-pepper or Carrot top, Cheddar cheese, Philadelphia-cheese, Sour cream, Lemon juice, Black-beans, garlic, Franks-red hot wing sauce, Dab Worcestershire, Dab of Mustard, Garlic, Basil, Pepper and your choice Crackers.

Cheese Ball
Do not over blend, over stir or over handle the mixture.

Let philadelphia cream cheese soften. In large bowl, mix or blend the 1- 250g. package of philadelphia cream cheese and 1 cup of sour-cream together. Slowly add 1/2 squeezed lemon juice, ground pepper and 1 teaspoons red hot sauce, worcestershire sauce, mustard (You want these ingredients mix together and NOT be too runny, do not over blend.)  Remove the blender and stir remaining ingredients with a spatula.., Stir in grated 3 garlic cloves, basil and 1-1/2 cups cheddar-cheese (save 1/2 cup of cheese to coat outside of cheese ball.) Add 1 cup rinsed black beans and mix by hand - form a ball.

Prepare a large plate covered in lettuce. Form mixture into a ball. Roll the cheese ball over remaining cheese on the counter top, completely covering it. Place cheese ball on top of the large plate covered with lettuce and create the face. Add crackers and serve. Your guest will not be able to stop eating this delicious dish!
Save some for me!!
Did you see the little cheese ball in the back ground? That's the baby cheese ball..all kids want one for themselves...am I right??
