Small-fry Picks: Kiddy Cinnie Minnies...

Who doesn't LOVE cinnamon rolls? This treat can be eaten in any season and It's one of my favourite treats ever! This is my family recipe.., I made this for my kids only for a special occasion and now I'm going to share this recipe with you "My bloggers." Your kids will love these, in fact you'er going to have a hard time saying "no" to these.
The Kiddy Cinnie Minnie recipe is one that children will want to take part in, but there is only one thing you must watch out for...
Keep an eye on the candies... your kids just may eat up the candies like a hoover vacuum. Ingredience: Water,  Flour, Milk, Sugar, Salt, Cinnamon, Butter, Yeast, Vanilla, Smartties, Candy-kisses, brown sugar and marshmallows.
1 1/3 cups of warm water, 2 heaping tablespoons yeast, 1/4 cup milk, 1tsp vanilla, Dash salt (optional), 3/4 cinnamon, 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons sugar, 3 cups flour (maybe more), brown sugar.
How to:
Now I use my bread machine for this recipe, but you can make it with a mix-master too. Bread Machine: Put all wet ingredient in the machine first (make sure water and milk are warm) and then add the dry ingredients. and set the bread machine to mix cycle and then let rise. (Make sure that your machine doesn't cook the dough.) This recipe makes enough dough for the kids and for you, yeah!

Mix-Master: In large warm bowl, add warm water and yeast together and set aside for 5-7 minutes. After the 5 -7 minutes add warm milk (Not hot), butter, vanilla and start mixing. While the mixing is going on slowly adding the dry ingredient. Add salt, sugar and cinnamon. Mix until you feel it's time to knead the dough by hand.  Knead on a lightly floured board or counter, until the dough is smooth and a little bit sticky. Knead for about 10 minutes or sooner. :)  Cover with a damp cloth for 2 hours, then punch sown and roll out on a floured board and begin to create!!  Yummy, it's time to call in the kids!
Roll out dough into a 12x9 inch rectangle.  Spread melted butter lightly on dough and sprinkle brown sugar . Drop marshmallows, smartties, and candy-kisses on top, then roll up dough. Cut into 12 equal sizes rolls and place cut side up in 12 lightly greased pan (kids size pan). Cover and let stand until doubled, about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Bake for 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool and serve. For the Icing just follow directions on the confection icing, but ADD...1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese..UGHhh, so yummy!!
What do you think? Let me know if you managed to NOT eat one, it's really hard to do. Do tell comment below...
