Tot Talk: Pumpkin Carving Time

First, you pick the right pumpkin.
Look what happened to this pumpkin....

You de-seed it,  get a plan,  carve it,  paint it and then...,

You put a few jewels on it and chalk paint the details...
Finally, you light the candle, cook and eat the best tasting pumpkin seed treat.

Spicy Pumpkin Seed: Wash and dry the seeds. Place the seed into a bowl and sprinkle pepper, salt, cajun spice, 1 tbsp oil and stir. Bake in the over at 350' for 15 minutes or until lightly browned. Shake parmesan on top stir and enjoy!

  2. I just saw on TV a Chef made his pumpkin seeds by boiling the seed (5 minutes) in cinnamon, clover and all-spice and then placed them into the over until toasted light brown. The result was pumpkin pie. Yum.
