What does your pre-schooler drink?

Water - 8 ounces, (240 ml), calories 0, sugar 0.  The best drink for preschoolers and kids of all ages is water. Oh, there's more...,

Milk low-fat - 8 ounces (240 ml), 100 calories, sugar 11g.  My second choice would be a low fat milk. Milk helps to build bones, plus it adds calcium and vitamin D. It is best to drink around 2 -3 cups of low fat or non fat a day.

Powdered drink mix with sugar - 8 ounces (240 ml), 90 calories, sugar 24g. Try to avoid these powdered products. These powdered drinks are high in sugars and calories that children do not need.

100% Orange Juice - 8 ounces (240 ml), 110 calories, sugar 22g. These juice drinks are very high in sugars. Try to keep it to around 4 ounces a day and this just may save you money at the dentist.

Soda - 8 ounces (240 ml), 100 calories, sugar 27g. Soda..need I say more. What's good about it? We all want healthy children, so let give them a great start to their long life.
